Customize your Platform
In this article, learn how to customize your platform by managing:
Company Info
1. Go to Admin > Company Management > Company Information
2. Fill out all required fields (i.e. company name, subdomain, department name, department abbreviation)
3. Update optional fields (copyright info)
4. Click "save changes" at the bottom right corner
Branding
Want to remove the Circle LMS branding? Here's how you can establish your unique brand identity:

1. Go to Admin > Company Management > select Branding in the left menu bar
2. In the Company Branding page, you may:

Upload your Company Logo to be displayed in the header

Upload a Simplified Logo to be displayed in areas where space is limited

Upload an Email Logo to be displayed in email templates
You may also:

Upload an image to be used as the login background
-
Upload an image to be used as the banner image on your main dashboard
-
Upload a company logo favicon
Finally, you may change your site's brand color by inputting the color hex code.
NOTE: If these fields are left empty, the default Circle LMS logo, banner image, and brand color will be used

Email Template
To customize your base email templates:

1. Go to Admin > Company Management > Email Template
2. In the Company Email Template page, you may edit the sender information, reply information, and email content.

Contracts
To Customize Your Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy Pages:

Navigate to Admin > Company Management > Contracts

Turn on the Override toggle for the Privacy Policy and/or Terms & Conditions.

Modify the default text that will be displayed to users during sign-up (they must agree to this content).

If you want to replace the footer links with your customized versions, ensure that the Privacy Policy and/or Terms & Conditions toggles are turned on.
